"Hotel reception area is very nice and brand new. Staff are also nice. Because it’s a new hotel the air in the bedroom smell dusty which made it somewhat uncomfortable. I booked a room with city view but I could only see a warehouse and a forest from my room on the 6th floor."

Upon arrival room lacked cleanliness, mainly the bathroom smelling of cigarette smoke and the shower heads looking rusted and/or mouldy. Smell left upon bathroom being cleaned the next morning."

"Their service was excellent. They were super helpful. I wanted to check-out early the next morning, so I went to the reception that night and informed them to do a quick process for the check-out. They were not only very helpful regarding the check-out process but also this gentleman at the lobby packed my breakfast just because I would not be there to have breakfast. The next morning they gave me a big box of breakfast with everything I like. Honestly the best and very caring place I have ever been. Hospitality at it's best! Will definitely recommend to others."
