"Hotel is in a great location and they will even provide transportation for you if you’re going to dinner nearby. We’ve stayed in the past and it was great, however, this time I felt like the rooms were really dirty. The first room had bugs in the bathroom and the second room had hair on the bed. The staff was helpful in fixing it but still felt like a very different experience than our previous stay."

"The restaurant attached to the hotel is very nice. It gets very busy. The rooms cells were very comfortable, pillows were slightly harder than I like, but overall, it was a very nice day. It made for a nice romantic evening downtown close to shopping, dining, and entertainment."
"I enjoyed my stay, very clean, well maintained. Rooms were big and spacious, the square footage was more than enough for 2 of us to spread out comfortably. The sunrise pool is open 24 hours, and the sunset pool till 10pm. Which was a plus after traveling all day to the canyons, because the pools are beautiful and we wanted to enjoy them before we left. You have to pay for the infinity pools though. Ocean Trail creole food was delicious, biscuits so good. Don't bother with the steak house. The aesthetics is there however menu was subpar. I didn't get to get a massage, sorry I missed that. I don't gamble but the casino was always active no matter the what time of day."

Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more food options for outdoor dining and room service. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I cannot wait to come back. It was truly a phenomenal stay!"

My room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed, including iron, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, and shampoo, soap, and lotion. The hallways looked worn. Staff was very helpful.
