This hotel seemed to be brand new. Very clean and nice. It was easy to take a water bus from the hotel to the main area of Venice, or to Murano or Burano. But one night the water busses stopped running early, and we had to go all the way to the train station and then get a cab. So make sure you know the water bus schedule. The breakfast in the morning was good, too.

Very long wait to check in as the computer system was often not working. The staff was not efficient in solving the problems of not being able to accept cash or keeping the computer system working.

This property is ideal. Close enough to Venice proper, but no need to schlep your luggage around the boats and tiny sidewalks to find a cramped in-air conditioned property in the middle of Venice. Hotel Hampton by Hilton is minutes away from Venice for a 1.50 Euro people mover that is quite close to the lobby. Having the ability to park your car at the hotel is great too. Only advice …. Watch out for the scam artists in Venice…they actually wear the uniform of transit police. Master manipulation of a system that sets you up for failure - no humans at night to sell you a ticket - ticket machines with nonsensical information and graphics - actually overpaid for a waterbus ticket and they wanted to impose a fine of 500% because it was technically for a different route. Insane to be fined like patent and small child jumped the turnstile and didn’t pay with and they’re ready and waiting to capitalize on the scheme. Really disgraceful and the lack of empathy was a blemish on all of humanity. No fault of the hotel and isn’t anything they can do, but word of caution if you go to Venice…

O hotel é maravilhoso, novo, confortável, limpo, bem localizado ao lado do ponto do vaporeto. Quarto e banheiro muito confortáveis. Tem kit para chá e café, com chaleira disponíveis no quarto. A atendente foi muito solícita e nos permitiu fazer o early check-in sem custos. Apenas o atendente no check-out não nos permitiu tomar o café da manhã antecipadamente (15 minutos), mesmo estando tudo pronto no local, uma vez que tínhamos horário de trem e não poderíamos esperar
