"ok and helpful"

"Had a wonderful stay at hotel. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Really enjoyed the daily drinks provided to guests. Housekeeping lady did a great job of cleaning the room. Room was spacious although pretty cold even when I increase temp to 23 degrees in the night. Shower was slightly low in pressure - maybe because we were on the higher floors??? I didn’t bother to report that the Safe didnt work too. Although the hotel is right smack within Lee Gardens Night Market. No sound or noise can be heard from the busy streets outside."

"Coffee machine with unlimited free or charge cappuccino and latte is just perfect. Room and washroom are superb as well."

"Clean and new property everything was good recommended"

"One of my favourite hotel chains in all of Thailand especially in southern Thailand, we stayed at several locations. It’s very very good."

"Really nice, modern hotel, very convenient for exploring the city. Room was good, other reviews mention the glass toilet and shower doors from the bedroom but this was of no concern to us. We enjoyed the complimentary dried fruit snacks each day and the ability to store our luggage before check-in and after check out."

"The rooms facing the street are great for watching. Good rice porridge with mushrooms for breakfast. Not really 4 stars. No real lobby small and without a chair."

"Hotel is well located, next to large Central Hatyai shopping mall. Walkable to ASEAN night bazaar and Greenway night market. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Will back again. "
