Canyon almost at your doorstep

Loved the location and helpful staff. The ability to reach a couple of gorgeous canyon rim points from the room with a short walk or bike ride (rentals available on property) is great. These points allow you to experience the amazing canyon without the distraction of crowds, which is terrific. Rooms are cozy and well appointed too.

Quiet and clean, peaceful spot

The property was very clean, staff was friendly, and with gorgeous views of the canyon. Rent a bike to get around if walking is a challenge. Great stop for a couple of nights.

The best place to stay at the West Rim of Grand Canyon. Friendly staff, food, great lodging and discounts to enter park and attractions.

Best place to stay in west Grand Canyon

We really loved the cabins…each had our own room and bathroom. It was very clean and had nice amenities including a microwave, mini fridge and big screen tv. The bonus was getting the Grand Canyon tickets with the hop on hop off bus.

Great area and close to Grand Canyon West tours. The only area of improvement is more dining options for the people staying at the cabin otherwise you have to eat by 6.

Cute spot!

Stayed in one of cabins and absolutely adorable! Cute area with an old western vibe. General admission tickets to the Grand Canyon West are included with your stay…which is a plus (have to purchase skywalk tickets separately). Good area to stay for a couple of nights as there isn’t much around (closest town is approximately 40min away)…a few trails/points, 2 restaurants, and 2 grab and go cafes. Restaurants close early around here 4pm-5pm…so plan accordingly. Staff was extremely nice and helpful!

Come Prepared

The property had 1 restaurant that closed at 5:30. The problem was nothing was nearby to grab food. The vacationers should be aware to bring food if needed. Also the pillows were hard and the bath towels felt like sandpaper. However the stay was peaceful and beautiful.

Great property, good view, location great only 3 mins from the main entrance. Just at night time can be hard to find the road down to the cabins, could use some lighting.

Nice property. Loved the proximity to the west rim. Room was clean and nice. The blinds didn't entirely cover our first floor windows so seemed a bit unsafe/less private while sleeping.

Wonderful cabins, excellent staff

Wonderful cabins, very well maintained and clean. Perfect way to get to all the Grand Canyon West activities. All the staff were friendly, informative, and very accommodating, especially tribal security, who helped me find my cabin when i arrived late.

No TV, no where to hang your clothes. Very clean. Good place to rest. Nice people.

8/10 Very good

Rapid checkin. But would have been helpful to know how to operate the TV. But then without internet service that may not have happened. Note we arrived after the on-site restaurant had closed. Rustic but clean 2-BR cabin. Stars at night are beautiful, and don’t miss the bus excursion to the three points along the Grand Canyon.

Beautiful views from the minyou wake up. Not enough time in the weekend to do everything and it was off season.

VERY BAD DIRECTIONS!! GPS TOOK ME 2.5 hrs away on wrong side of canyon! Locals said it happens A LOT! Why didn’t Expedia note this. Had a local police officer get correct information for me. Cabins are small. It might asleep 4 but comfortable with 2.
Melissa, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was pretty small and they put down the futon to sleep 4 in addtion to the bed. We are 2 people and had no place to sit. No table/ledge to eat take out.
Sonnet, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

There were no dinner options close by everything is over an hour away. The girl who was supposed to check me in was so ignorant I didn’t even stay and now I got charged for somewhere that I didn’t even stay at because they won’t refund my money. Worst place ever.

As for a cabin style it’s excellent. We love everything. The only thing I would recommend it’s to put a small table. It could be at least one on the porch. There is no where to put a cup of hot tea or coffee. Let them know this. Overall it’s highly recommended. Plus they give two general admissions to the park. It’s super cool.

2/10 Poor

Unfortunately, I was not allowed to stay. I was accused of no show no call, but had documented my communications with them through the app. And had received response to the first communication fairly rapidly, so I knew that someone had been reading the posts. My second communication clearly stated my intent to pay for the whole stay even though I was arriving a day late. Both planes I flew on were late, so I decided to book a hotel for our first night and drive the three hours after i'd slept some. We were almost an hour late leaving the east coast and by the time we got our luggage and car, it was 5am in the time zone I'd waken in.i was glad to have made the nearby reservation when the second plane was late, and to know the message I sent before we boarded the already late plane would be seen. We arrived at the Cabins around 4 pm after having driven through the Mojave and Joshua Tree, and stopped to see Lake Mead. After telling me they couldn't even put us in the same room, they gave me access to Wi-Fi, and the nearest similar accommodations were 4 hours away. As I walked out the door to drive into the sunset, they offered me the day passes that came with the rooms we had paid for on the first night we missed, Actually, only three passes, we paid for four! The location was amazing, and the drive in was to die for. I can't recommend the hotel.
