"We enjoyed the pools. Food is good variety of selections and room service is quite convenient. The benches by the beach are said to be rented but couldn't find where to register or pay. The room can hear noise from the neighbor room that's attached. Not sure the couples were just loud. Good thing they're noisy just one night. Overall we enjoy the stay."

"This is our second time visiting and brought friends with. We absolutely love it. Omar is the best bartender ever anything he makes is absolutely delicious. We also love Jose and Valentin and anybody at the swim up bar. Kenia has been our pool lounge server since last year when we visited. Excellent service and attention to detail. Gabriela was our concierge and she was amazing. Jesus in the front always eager to help and always making sure we were okay. In all honesty everyone that works at grand Velas riviera Nayarit goes above and beyond with wonderful work ethic, friendliness and immaculate attention to detail. We feel extremely safe and cared for here. We honestly can’t ask for anything better. We definitely enjoyed our second time here and look forward to our next time. Please make sure to tip your bartenders, servers, housekeeping in the morning and for turn down service. They deserve it!!!"
