The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. As an American who does not speak Italian fluently, I especially appreciated how well the staff spoke English. Communication was effortless, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and seamless, making the arrival experience stress-free. The location is truly elite—close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and everything you need, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant. The views were absolutely incredible, and the drinks were expertly made. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery after a day of sightseeing. The only downside during my stay was that the gym was not open or available. As someone who enjoys working out while traveling, that was disappointing. Having access to a fitness center is always a plus for me, so I would love to see that available in the future. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the amazing staff, beautiful property, spotless rooms, prime location, and rooftop dining, I would gladly stay here again."
