"Property is under renovation, limited facilities available. Service staff was also very limited as per guests, had very poor service. Not worth the price."
"We have booked super delux room through Agoda with a price tag of Rs 6000 /- approx for 1 day but our stay was a disaster in this property. They don’t have laundry bag , they don’t promptly provide scissor for tag cutting, they don’t have steam iron , they don’t have fan in the room and on demand they provide a damage table fan . Their comode is also dirty and old scratches and flush don’t work. Then after on checkout they asked for someone else food bill to pay and only on confrontation they realise their mistake . They totally ruined out holidays at Nainital without apologetic gesture ."
"This was an exceptional stay. We met the GM Mr David who took a personal interest in our stay upgrading us to a VIP room which was exceptional. He was amazing. We really appreciated the special attention. Even gave us his baseball cap for our trip into Jim Corbett."

"Rooms were nice. Bathroom did not have small towel rack. In room coffee was very light. Beds were excellent. Could not use the pool because of storms. "
"This property is outstanding ! From rooms , restaurants , food , ambience , garden , staff . All are great . Our room had issue that water flow from shower head , hand shower etc all were very slow and team was not able to improve it . This was the only negative . Otherwise , we had all meals included , even high tea was good ! One can walk down to Kosi river , for river side feel ! Would love to come back "
