Great location. Although my room had ocean view the window was always foggy so I was not able to see anything. Not being able to open the window was a bad experience.

Fuimos en plan familiar, está muy bien ubicado el hotel frente a la playa tortuga, si bien no se puede nadar inmediatamente a fuera del hotel, está la playa a dos minutos caminando. La alberca tiene chapoteadero donde los niños juegan sin peligro. La habitación fue amplia y el servicio esmerado. Hay supermercados a distancia caminando y restaurantes. El desayuno es adecuado y cuentan con agua fría y té durante todo el día.

Reservamos para 3 personas y hubo que pedir toalla extra porque solo dejaron 2, había días que o se olvidaban de dejar shampoo, o jabón, o toalla de manos o tapete para el baño o algo y había que ir constantemente a solicitarlo a la recepción, tuve que pedir 2 días que me abrieran el gimnasio y también había que estar pidiendo toallas, el desayuno es muuuy malo, para empezar la manera de presentar la fruta, trozos muy grandes, la piña no la limpiaban bien, te sirven en platos desechables, no hay espacio para que 3 personas que se queden más de 3 días y guarden sus pertenencias, hay que ingeniárselas, el hotel es como para alguien que solo va a dormir y carga lo súper súper indispensable, le hace falta mantenimiento ya que el aparato del aire acondicionado que está bajo la ventana estaba casi desprendido, llegamos un par de días antes del jueves santo y nos regresamos la siguiente semana(martes) y no tienen ni siquiera un sillón en la recepción donde estar un ratín para salir del mini cuarto que de repente sofocaba por el tamaño; podría decir que en general no está mal pero si para el plan en el que íbamos, la alberca es también muy pequeña y casi no tienen camastros si acaso eran como unos 8 o 10 y está en una playitita que es apenas una franjita llena de piedras

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, justo al lado de playas lindas, con acceso casi directo, pero hay que considerar que tiene rompe olas por lo que se debe caminar un poco sobre las rocas para acceder a ella. La limpieza no fue tan buena, recibimos el hotel con en baño un poquitin sucio, nada grave pero si podrián mejorar.
