My husband I enjoyed the neighborhood and hotel itself was lovely. Our room was surprisingly spacious, free continental breakfast was better than most and room and service was very nice. Staff was attentive and efficient.

Great location, especially if you’re arriving to Penn Station, which is a short walk away. Friendly and helpful staff – was able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Comfortable queen bed and decent sized room; view overlooked busy K-town area. Subway stops close by, plus very walkable to main tourist areas in Midtown. Would definitely stay again!

Good location for first timers to NYC, with only being a couple of blocks away from Empire State Building. Staff very pleasant and good to have small breakfast options offered. Loud noise at 5:40am most mornings woke us up on 10th floor (maybe roadworks) so take ear plugs.

Great location if coming from Penn Station. Also near lots of trains. In middle of Koreatown so streets are usually very busy right outside hotel. I don't mind that but some might. Older building but very clean and nice. Room was a little small but totally fine for solo stay.

What a great find near the empire State building a
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Coffee and tea were available all day. Microwave was made available in the evening. A fun bar happened at night. The breakfast while simple and basic did include hot foods and delicious coffee and tea options with a very friendly service even bananas and apples and bottles of water were offered.

For the price point, this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in in Manhattan. The room was recently renovated and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with lots of hot water all the time. Staff was extremely friendly.

This hotel was very quaint and in an amazing location right in the center of things only a 10 block walk to Times Square. Unfortunately our room had issues controlling the temperature, but the staff responded by bringing us a manual fan and helped as much as they could so appreciated them very much. Also loved the second floor coffee shop we could rest and get free hot beverages in the afternoon. Overall a great find.
