We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment-hotel which is centrally located in the heart of Patong barely a few minutes walk to the beach with everything happening around it. Our 2-bedroom apartment was massive and grand with every creature comfort supplied. The staff is attentive and courteous. A special mention for their breakfast and the open air dining area which was the highlight of the mornings. We would definitely come back

Loved our stay here! We received a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room that had a private access to the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spotless with comfortable beds. They have an app to allow for easier communication which was very convenient for anything we needed. The location is great because it’s a few minutes away from a lot to do and a ten minute walk away from the beach. BYD felt like a home away from home and I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be close to Patong again.

This is a hidden gem in the Patong Beach area. 5 minute walk to the beach and chaos of Patong, but when you're at the hotel it's quiet, clean, great service, really good food and feels like a little oasis. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

BYD Lofts Boutique Hotel & Serviced Apartments really delivers on their promises for a relaxing and luxurious stay! You feel very welcome straight away, with friendly and pleasant personnel. The facilities and room/apartment are of high comfort and the interior and spacious room make you feel really comfortable. Livingroom and kitchen are of good quality furniture with nice design. Spacious bedroom and enjoyable bathroom. Bed is amazingly comfortable, almost to the extent that you don't even want to get up from it in the morning. Cleaning is performed daily and you can really see that the cleaning team does a great job. Noise is absent and you sleep well at night, without disruptions from street noise or early sunshine (sun-block curtains). The location of the hotel is in a quiet area, but still not far away from shops/beach/etc. Just a quick walk away from everything. The two pool areas are not the largest, but give good comfort and you feel really well and to a large extent hidden on top of the roof of the main building. Comfortable sunbeds with parasols, quick service from the restaurant and bar is only a quick call away (phone on the wall, so easy to order). The restaurant and the bar are very nice and you feel really welcome there! Quality of food and wine/drinks/refreshments are of top level, with a wide selection of both local and international cuisine, everything with a quick and great service. All-in-all, the Hotel delivers quality, comfort and great service!
