The hotel is well located, not far away from the sea and the city center of Albufeira. Very welcoming team. Our room with terace was spacious with a nice sea view. Useful to have snacks available at the swimming pool. Having a free public parking space is also a great plus. We have had a very good time at this beautiful hotel !

A solo stay for short holiday - the hotel is nice, very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Cons - It is a bit more expensive that other hotels that offer much the same, so it depends on personal preference. I prefer self catering so for me this it's unneccesarily costly, and I was shocked to learn that you have to pay (as a guest) to use the gym, sauna and steam room, as well as other things, such as hiring a kettle/towels. Pros - lovely pool area and late night services for food/drinks (10pm). Close to ammenities.

This is not a 4 star hotel! Despite having a nice pool (with few sun lounges) and being in a good location, the additional costs of a kettle, iron & pool towels is mean-spirited & not consistent with a 4 star hotel. The limited, inflexible, unappetizing breakfast is also poor. In a country that grows millions of oranges, why would you offer guests orange drink? Horrible, Other reviews have also mentioned the limited breakfast. Our hotel room wasn’t cleaned - when my wife complained, the female receptionist argued with her, & the cleaner herself insisted she’d cleaned it, despite the head house keeper establishing clearly that the room hadn’t been cleaned. The female receptionist overcharged me for the per day hire of a safety deposit box; while the male receptionist was polite & tried to rectify the payment, the female receptionist sought me out in my room & personally objected to the fact that I was trying to retrieve my money because (in her words) “it was only a few Euros”. This sort of personal attack on guests is unacceptable & unprofessional. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room above reception and next to the bar / entertainment area. It was advertised as parking on site but in fact you just parked in a public space wherever you could find parking. Very disappointing.

Sniket beteende pÄ Hotellet. Inga nÀsdukar pÄ rummet. Bara en nyckel. PÄ frukosten fanns vita bönor varannan dag. Lovades rabatt i restaurangen som vi aldrig fick. Maten sÄdÀr, mycket bÀttre att Àta ute i stan. DÀremot kvar stÀdningen toppen och det tvÄ av receptionisterna var mycket trevliga.

Personnel trĂšs sympathique et disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions. Hotel propre mais chambre avec dĂ©cors dĂ©suet, ne remettent pas de produits comme le savon, shampoing s’ils sont terminĂ©s ou presque, insonorisation pauvre a cause des portes en bois et des planchers en cĂ©ramique, 2 lits simples moins apprĂ©ciĂ©s....tout cela nous a déçu pour le prix....trop cher selon nous si on compare avec les autres hĂŽtels faits durants notre sĂ©jour au Portugal. Bien situĂ© mais trĂšs en hauteur par rapport au centre et a la plage, ça tient en forme!! Environnement calme apprĂ©ciĂ© toutefois. Piscine extĂ©rieure avec resto snack trĂšs bien. DĂ©jeuner trĂšs bien. N’avons pas pu profiter de toutes leurs autres installations car n’avons pas eu le temps.... Je recommande mais avec certaines rĂ©serves selon les critĂšres de chacun!

Tinhamos que sair na Rua e andarmos atĂ© o Hotel para tomar o cafĂ© da manhĂŁ e se querĂ­amos usar as demais dependĂȘncia do Hotel, como piscina e etc, tambĂ©m. Porem nĂŁo gostei de reservar um Hotel no preço que pagamos a diĂĄria para ficarmos em outro local, ou seja, em um pequeno prĂ©dio ao lado e nĂŁo no Hotel. NĂŁo gostei.

Perfekt lÀge pÄ höjden endast kort promenad frÄn Albufeiras restauranger, barer och fin strand. Lugnt men nÀra till puls. Utsikten frÄn balkongen över byn och stranden var fantastisk. Allt var rent och frÀsch dock lite gammalmodigt. Frukosten var ok men inte den bÀsta. Gymmet kostade extra och depositioner krÀvdes för allt frÄn safetybox till poolhanddukar. Det fanns tvÄ gratisparkering nÀra, men hotellet garanterade inte en plats, vilket antyddes i beskrivningen.

Just returned from a wonderful week-long stay at the Hotel Do Cerro and I must admit that we were both hugely impressed by the layout and most of all, the friendliness of the staff who are simply wonderful. Although the location is slightly uphill, do not let that put you off as it is located within a quiet area less than ten minutes walk to the centre of the old town. Rooms were clean, the pool small but comfortable (no fighting for sun beds!) and my wife and I had a great stay. I will return to this hotel and can highly recommend it.
