mysigt BnB inrymt i en lÀgenhet med bra lÀge för tÄgresenÀrer precis i nÀrheten av Roma Termini. GÄngavstÄnd till mÄnga centrala platser. frukosten Àr vÀldigt enkel som man lagar iordning sjÀlv (kaffe/te, yoghurt, formbröd med smör/ost/marmelad och juice) och man vill kanske komplettera med t ex grovt bröd. vÀldigt vÀnlig och hjÀlpsam personal Àven om det inte Àr bemannat hela tiden.

Had a hard time finding the place. There was no entrance sign. Had a hard time communicating as the owner was not there, only a cleaning lady. Overpriced.

NOT as advertised. More like a hostel than a B&B

We were forced to pay for the entire stay in cash upfront. If we hadn't done that we would absolutely have left after the first night. ESPECIALLY after paying the BOGUS city tax which was 21 euro more than listed on the Travelosity final total. We dropped off our luggage before check-in and were told what room our things would be kept in. When we returned several hours later and unlocked our room our bags were not there, but someone else's were. We tried the room next door where the exact same key also worked for that room, and we found our things inside. This is when we realized that the keys we had worked for our room AND FOR THE ROOM NEXT DOOR. This is very scary. This place should not advertise a Continental Breakfast. Literally 1 slice of cheese in the fridge. Opened cartons of juice and milk in a community fridge whom you don't know has used it, and you don't know when it was opened does not seem like a good idea. Cheese, bread, and butter was already opened, did not seem safe or sanitary at all. We were scared it would be spoiled or contaminated. Continental Breakfasts like this should be individual portions. Air Conditioning did NOT work in our room. There was a man smoking in the kitchen the morning we arrived. Advertised is a no smoking facility. Should NOT have advertised a double bed. Bed was two single beds pushed together, had mis-matched mattresses with a queen sized sheet set thrown over the top. Unbelievably uncomfortable.

Breve escape en Roma

La ubicación estå perfecta ya que se encuentra a unas cuadras de la estación de tren la cual cuenta con servicio de transportación para los aeropuertos. Estå relativamente cerca del Coliseo y se puede ir caminando, aproximadamente 20 min. También se encuentra de cerca de una estación del metro que fåcilmente te lleva al Coliseo y al Vaticano. La t.v. No funcionaba correctamente pero no fue problema ya que no la utilizamos. La habitación cuenta con baño propio lo que es muy conveniente. El servicio del personal estuvo muy bien y atento.

Rome en 3 jours: 1° la Rome antique (ColisĂ©e, Forum,PanthĂ©on, place Venezia) le tout Ă  pied avec quelques achats via Corso. 2° on rejoint la Vatican (en taxi, Ă  cause d'une grĂšve surprise du mĂ©tro) : musĂ©es, chapelle sixtine,place St-Pierre, basilique. Retour avec le bus OMNIA VATICAN. 3°Piazza di Spania (arrĂȘt dĂ©gustation au cafĂ© Greco, une curiositĂ©),villa Medicis, Villa BorghĂšse (promenade dans les jardins), piazza del popolo,fontaine de Trevi( malheureusement Ă  sec et en travaux). Le B.B situĂ© via Rattazzi,tout prĂšs de la gare Termini(idĂ©al pour se dĂ©placer: mĂ©tro, bus...) Nous avons Ă©tĂ© frappĂ©s par la gentillesse et la disponibilitĂ© de tous ceux que nous avons rencontrĂ©s et par une certaine joie de vivre qui s'est dĂ©gagĂ©e tout au long de notre sĂ©jour. Un plus incontestable: les cartes Omnia Vatican et Pass qui ont grandement facilitĂ© nos dĂ©marches (entrĂ©es aux monuments, utilisation des moyens de locomotion, etc.)

Reception

The person who checked us in disappeared suddenly without making sure we had all our queries answered. There was no phone number to contact. We needed toilet paper and we found that the drain of the wash basin in the bathroom was broken.

You pay for what you get - don't expect more

I think people visiting this bed and breakfast should understand that you are really only paying for a base to stay - nothing more. Whilst the bedroom was comfortable and everything was clean I felt there were a few things that could have been improved. We were travelling with a one year old child and requested to be picked up at the airport. This was arranged but the car had no child seat. Also the room was extremely hot on arrival - this was sorted in the end via the air conditioning system but a little preparation would have been more inviting. The breakfast was very basic - almost not worth including. Plus points were the location is very close to transport links and although our host was never present all our communications were dealt with very promptly.

Medium experience

The room was good, and the location was perfect. The floors were dirty, and the toilet in one of the rooms didn't flush. We were there for 3 days, but there was only breakfast 1 of the days. However, it was very cheep, and the location really was good. Close to everything, even a MacDonalds for breakfast :) All in all, a medium experience.

Petit pied-Ă -terre bien agrĂ©able, super calme et idĂ©alement situĂ© (Ă  quelques centaines de mĂštres de la gare de Termini et des arrĂȘts bus aĂ©roport, et point de jonction des 2 lignes de mĂ©tro de Rome ), accueil trĂšs sympa, et superbe chambre bien dĂ©corĂ©e et propre. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner n'est pas transcendant mais tout-Ă -fait acceptable, et on le prĂ©pare soi-mĂȘme ( note pour les hommes handicapĂ©s notoires de la vie quotidienne : c'est pas compliquĂ©, mĂȘme vous pouvez y arriver, mais si ! ). Je voyageais avec ma voisine, et franchement nous sommes plus que prĂȘtes Ă  y retourner la prochaine fois !

Le + proche de la gare Termini

Cette rĂ©sidence comprend 4 chambres d'hĂŽtes situĂ©es Ă  un 4Ăšme Ă©tage d'une vieille demeure de Rome. Le confort de notre chambre triple Ă©tait moyen. Coin des sanitaires trĂšs Ă©troit. Vieux tĂ©lĂ©viseur. Le mĂ©nage laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer (Ă©normes "moutons" et papiers sous le lit Ă  notre arrivĂ©e). Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  prĂ©parer soi-mĂȘme mais avec une seule casserole pour 4 chambres. Pas de four micro ondes pour chauffer le lait. La situation de l'immeuble est toutefois intĂ©ressante car proche de la gare et si l'on aime marcher, pas trĂšs loin du ColysĂ©e et du Mont Palatin.

Nice B&B closed to the train station

Clean and tidy B&B, good location. We had a trouble of paying by cash on the day of arrival as did not spot this requirement in the email. The B&B does not have a reception, so may not be able to leave your luggage after check out. We finally managed to leave our luggage until 5pm on the day of check out as the staff was waiting for someone to check-in around that time.

Internet sem sinal, recepção ruim

Nossa hospedagem não foi como eu imaginava. Antes de chegar troquei emails com uma das moças que ficam no B&B, ela foi super simpåtica a atenciosa. No entanto, a outra que nos recebeu passava o dia de cara fechada, foi super mal educada com meu primo (isso porque ele não estava hospedado lå, então não podia ter entrado no prédio), além de não saber responder algumas perguntas simples (coisa de turista mesmo, tipo: qual a melhor forma de chegar no Coliseu...). Fora isso a internet (paga) e o ar condicionado não funcionavam direito. E o colchão não era tão confortåvel assim. Para citar coisas boas... O chuveiro era excelente e a organização dos quartos também, todas as vezes que entraram pra arrumar deixaram muito limpo. Além disso a localização ótima, ao lado da estação Termini, då pra ir pra qualquer lugar de Roma de lå.
