Repairs still required.

This property was described as having recently undergone refurbishment, but the work was still on-going. Damp wall with peeling paint, broken and missing window blinds, broken shower and thick cobwebs in several rooms. Not somewhere we will be booking again.

The sofa fell apart as soon as we sat on it, the shower didn't work, the entrance was dangerous. Worst VRBO I've ever stayed in.

Nie wieder StayBeyond - Vorsicht bei Hotels.com!

Die schlechteste Unterkunft die ich je hatte. Die Unterkunft lag im Keller. Es fehlte ein Zimmer mit einem Bett. Ich musste 5 Tage auf der Couch schlafen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche. Eine Woche vor Beginn der Reise wurde ich gezwungen Wohnungsbesichtigungen während meines Aufenthaltes zu genehmigen. An mehreren Stellen lag Post von Vormietern rum. Die Terasse war schmutzig. Man hat im Minutentakt die UBahn gehört. Auf diese Missstände angesprochen gab es (bisher) nichteinmal einen Rabatt bei einem Preis von über 1000 Euro für Sechs Tage. StayBeyond war unfähig die Dusche zu reparieren. Ich habe eine Erkältung bekommen in der Woche. Hotels.com sollte dringend StayBeyond aus ihrem Angebot rausnehmen. Nie wieder.
