Cannot ask a lot from a two sun hotel, but the shower was weak and did not have amount pressure. Not breakfast but the do offer coffee, hot chocolate, etc

Locked out . There was nobody there. We had to stand outside and ask locals to help find the manager ss the doors were locked
 unacceptable to me.! We did eventually get in after a few hours. The lobby smelled of mold. The room dark and no view, tiny and not clean. The location was ok but would not stay here again mostly because of the poor service/no service and smell.

I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again.

La chambre louĂ©e Ă©tait conforme Ă  la description. Les chambres sont anciennes et mĂ©riteraient un rafraĂźchissement, ça n’est pas au goĂ»t du jour. Pas d’accueil en rĂ©ception mais visiblement c’est liĂ© Ă  la basse saison. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© complĂštement autonomes pour le check-in et le check-out.

La struttura si trova nella strada principale di Riomaggiore, facile da raggiungere dalla stazione ferroviaria. La stanza Ăš spaziosa; alla reception sono accoglienti, gentili e pronti a darti consigli. il proprietario Ăš molto corretto; segnala la presenza di media umiditĂ  dovuta a tutte le tipiche abitazioni del luogo che sorgono accanto al mare. L'umiditĂ  del mare non crea nessun fastidio al soggiorno. Si consiglia di andare in treno.

Nous n'avons pas apprĂ©ciĂ© cet hĂŽtel. L'odeur de moisissure Ă©tait constante. Le lit Ă©tait beaucoup trop dur. Ce n'Ă©tait pas trĂšs agrĂ©able. Bon emplacement tout de mĂȘme.

Une chambre humide car fenĂȘtre donnant sur la montagne Ă  50cm. Lors du paiement la personne de service nous a signalĂ© m/c carte bleue ne fonctionnait pas et fallait payer en liquide mais sans facture, donc sans preuve. Bizarre!!. Nous avons insistĂ© et on a dit d'appeler la police mais elle a appelĂ© le patron, et le patron est venu, et par magie il a branchĂ© et tout fonctionnait. Ce n'est pas normal et pas honnĂȘte pour nous client et hĂŽtels.com. En partant ils rigolaient en nous voyant partir!!!!

TrĂšs bien situĂ© dans riomaggiore, pas trop haut dans le village donc accessible Ă  pied avec ses valises. Notre chambre situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du lobby laissant entrer le bruit, mais il y avait d’autres chambres plus loin qui devait ĂȘtre mieux. Sinon, trĂšs propre, personnel accueillant et prĂšs Ă  vous conseiller. Le sĂ©jour est payable en comptant Ă  l’arrivĂ©e.

Had a nice stay here while exploring Cinque Terre. It was right off the main road so pretty easy to find it and get to it. It is up a big hill as most things are in the area. Had coffee in the mornings and it was cleaned every day. Reception is only certain hours but was super helpful. Our room was at the end of the hall so the WiFi wasn’t very good but it worked.it was a bit expensive for what it was but that is to be expected in the area.
