From the moment we arrived we had a great stay. Cute hotel set at 1 end of the Charles Bridge by the Tower. All the staff were polite and helpful. Food was good. Breakfast which was included was fair. Spacious room. Excellent comfy bed. Would recommend to friends and family, and woud stay again

The hotel location is great - in the heart of things, but quiet. The staff are amazing ! We had a wonderful stay, the Best of the Best distinction is well deserved ! One of the days we’re there was my son’s birthday and the staff surprised him with a chilled bottle of champagne and a birthday note ! It was a very nice gesture from the staff, my son was thrilled !
