Pleasant stay

It‘s a 2 star residence, a little worn off and in need of redecoration, but clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially if you make an effort to speak French. The location is perfect for the 2 minute ferry (navette bus) that will take you across the channell to the beach (it will save you a 30 minute walk). There us a very big supermarket across the road with amazing fresh produce especially fish and seafood. Some restaurants nearby too (table reservation a must). We were there for a sport event that started very early so the residence was perfect for us. The swimming pool was a bonus in 35c temperatures

The property is well located and that will be my only positive comment. You can take your room only at 5 PM and you have to vacate by 10 am! I was scolded because i arrived too early at 3.30PM. I didn't have soap, shower gel nor shampoo. The bed was not done. It's a glorified apartment not an hotel. There is a gated and secured parking lot. Second positive element.

Le jour de notre arrivée, l'accueil était fermé. Et notre logement a été loué à d'autres personnes. Donc notre réservation introuvable, on nous a invité à rentrer chez nous. En insistant un peu, on nous a relogé à 1h de route de la résidence, pour revenir le lendemain. Heureusement nous avons insisté et montrer les preuves de ma réservation. Nous avons été relogé en catastrophe dans la résidence. Nous avons pas eu d'explication sur les problÚmes rencontrés. Des frais supplémentaires, on était engendrer pertes des nos courses (produits frais....), 2h de trajet en plus dans le budget. Catastrophique..., à fuir Tu réserve un hébergement non remboursable, il le loue à deux personnes la personne arrivaient en premier à le logement. Si vous insistez pas vous perdez votre argent ou on vous relogé à 1h du lieu de la résidence. L'escroquerie

Fuyez c’est une arnaque. Cet Ă©tablissement associĂ© avec HĂŽtel.com et d’autres partenaires effectuent du surbooking. RĂ©sultat nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s sans location malgrĂ© notre rĂ©servation, laissĂ©s pour compte nous et les autres dans le mĂȘme cas et ce devant une rĂ©ception qui ferme Ă  19:00! Un grand coup de fraĂźcheur et de renouvellement de matĂ©riel serait les bienvenus. Au niveau de la vaisselle, la moitiĂ© par rapport Ă  l’inventaire y Ă©tait. Un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour cinq jours. Cela fait quand mĂȘme trĂšs peu. Le dĂ©rouleur de ces derniers complĂštement cassĂ© le rouleau posĂ© Ă  mĂȘme le sol pour l’hygiĂšne. Vraiment pas top. Le dessus du frigo rempli de miettes, de pain, aucune Ă©ponge n’y avait Ă©tĂ© passĂ©e, ainsi que la cafetiĂšre qu’il a fallu entiĂšrement dĂ©capĂ©, avant de pouvoir s’en servir, sans compter le fait qu’il fallait rester Ă  tenir le compartiment du cafĂ©, si on ne voulait pas que ça coule Ă  cĂŽtĂ© Tout le long du processus. Pas un seul coup de balai n’a Ă©tĂ© passĂ© sur la terrasse avant notre arrivĂ©e, qui Ă©tait couverte d’un mĂ©lange de terre et de sable. En revanche, malgrĂ© ce bon coup de rafraĂźchissement absolument primordial. Concernant l’équipement, l’équipe est trĂšs agrĂ©able, l’emplacement des places de parking quasiment face Ă  nos appartements est un vrai plus.

Nous avons eu un trÚs bon accueil, la personne responsable est trÚs réactive et veille à la réussite de votre séjour. L'appartement est conforme à notre souhait. en droit calme, facilités de transport, notre voiture restait sur place, bus de mer pour accéder aux Sables d'Olonne, le village de La Chaume est trÚs accueillant avec ses nombreux restaurants. Nous y revenons déjà en septembre:)
