My room has a broken window frame on the left side that does not close tightly. This has nothing to do with the rank of the hotel, it has to be done right. There were no cups in the bathroom. Cups would be needed even if it was paper. There was no front desk staff when I checked out. A pair of young ladies were confused. I left my key card at the front desk and left because I had no additional payment. If there were not these problems, I think this hotel is proper for sleeping.

Unfortunately there was no warm water in the shower in the evening. So if you expect to be able to switch off, you end up standing naked in the cold shower and have to shower with cold water. But who needs a warm shower in winter???
