Nice hotel with great staff - they were very helpful when needed help with directions, on two occasions both staff on duty kindly printed the map of the area I wanted and sent me on my merry way feeling great about the interactions.

Lovely hotel

Really nice hotel, stayed for 4 nights as a base this side of Japan before moving across to Tokyo. No issues whatsoever; was expecting more of a language barrier but some of the staff speak way more English than I speak Japanese, so no problems- not that I would expect Japanese people to necessarily speak a foreign language in their home country anyway! The only downside I would say is the breakfast doesn’t offer too much choice , but I was happy with scrambled eggs, toast and coffee, so it was’t an issue for me.
