The hotel is perfect, the Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The food is delicious you have many many options so for sure you will always find something to eat and the service is exceptional, ALL persons who work there are unbelievable nice and supportive. The location is also perfect, in one of the most big and beautiful beaches there.

Only one volleyballfield, which is not enough for the amount of guests. Music endend 11:30 pm and after that there was total silence in the bar. No more entertainment at all after that. Loungers at the beach cost extra money per day, because the hotel has none at the beach. Food was good and the pool was nice.

We stayed in Jan 2025 with the StarPrestige package. The room was just an average room. The ocean biew was nice, but the sun was very intense on the balcony for the first half of the day so it was hard to enjoy for too long. This resort has just one restaurant- the buffet. There is a limited menu of food at the bowling bar, but we found the food options very limited. At the Iberostar where we stay in Mexico, there are 5 restaurants to choose from, so having just the buffet for dinner was pretty disappointing. I’m confused about the reviews that rave about the food here. It’s lackluster at best. The place is clean - housekeeping did a great job and includes turndown service, which was nice. The StarPrestige pool area was quiet - almost too quiet. We didn’t hang out there much as we found it a bit boring. So if you’re into that, you’ll find it perfect. We used the bowling alley a couple of times. The bowling bar is an adorable little gem to bust the boredom of the resort as a whole with air hockey and billiards - even though the games cost money to play even with the Prestige package. We found it odd that there is only one bathroom in the entire resort? If there was more than 1, we couldn’t find it. If we had to go, we walked all the way to our room. Even the StarPrestige private lounge didn’t have toilets. Everyone was friendly enough, but when compared to other Iberostars we’ve stayed at, we were disappointed as a whole.

Personal an der Rezeption Unprofessionell. FĂŒr eine all Inclusive Reservierung hĂ€tten wir erwartet, dass der Safe und die Nutzung der Bowling Bahn kostenlos ist. BettwĂ€sche wurde in der ganzen Woche nicht gewechselt. Handtuch Deposit musste bar bezahlt werden. Kein Concierge.

HĂŽtel bien situĂ©, en surplomb d’une jolie plage de sable avec un accĂšs direct depuis l’hĂŽtel. La nourriture est trĂšs bonne, variĂ©e, avec un thĂšme particulier chaque jour. Les piscines principales (dont une chauffĂ©e) sont agrĂ©ables. J’ai Ă©tĂ© déçus par les points suivants : - chambres sont mal insonorisĂ©es (attention si vous avez des voisins bruyants !!) - pas de peignoirs Ă  disposition en chambre, pas de chaussons non plus, - manque de places de parking (difficile d’en trouver une, mĂȘme en s’éloignant) - pas de service aux diffĂ©rents bars. On se sert soi mĂȘme (pour avoir testĂ© d’autres Iberostar dans cette gamme de prix, le service des boissons Ă©tait rĂ©alisĂ© et c’est quand mĂȘme + sympa). - qualitĂ© des boissons (vins et cocktails) trĂšs moyenne, comme dans beaucoup de all inclusive. J’ai Ă©tĂ© surpris qu’ils ne proposent pas des cocktails “supĂ©rieurs” moyennant un supplĂ©ment. - coffre en chambre payant (3€ par jour), on n’est pas Ă  ça prĂšs ok, mais les gĂ©rants de cet Ă©tablissement a priori le sont ! Pour un 4 Ă©toiles, cela devrait ĂȘtre inclus. Pour rĂ©sumĂ© : nous avons passĂ© de bonnes vacances en famille, l’hĂŽtel dispose de tous les services nĂ©cessaire pour cela et il est trĂšs bien situĂ©. Ce n’est cependant pas le meilleur Iberostar oĂč j’ai sĂ©journĂ©. Le rapport qualitĂ© / prix n’est pas Ă  la hauteur. Je n’y retournerai pas.

L'hotel est bien entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses (/!\ le bruit rĂ©sonne dans les couloirs donc peut parfois ĂȘtre bruyant surtout quand il y a des dĂ©parts tĂŽt le matin). Piscine chauffĂ©e, proche de la plage (attention transats payants). Restaurant avec de la variĂ©tĂ© et des plats de bonne qualitĂ©. Pas mal d'activitĂ©s libres : un terrain de sport (basket/foot), un terrain de tennis, une (petite) salle de fitness, terrain de squash. des activitĂ©s organisĂ©es aussi : pilates, yoga,... Mycket bra hotell, med service i toppklass, mÄnga typer av aktiviteter, hög personaltÀthet och bra mat- och dryckesutbud. Enda pÄ minus-sidan för oss var att rummet, som förvisso hade en superfin utsikt mot havet, var daterat inredningsmÀssigt, samt att ganska mÄnga i personalen saknade kunskaper i engelska (tysk-dominerat hotell). Hotellet förtjÀnar Àven en bÀttre butik med mer genuint och kvalitativt utbud. Det kÀndes konstigt att det sÄldes kopior pÄ stora varumÀrken, tror att gÀsterna hellre hade köpt originalen alternativt helt andra produkter. Men det Àr bara en iakttagelse, resten av hotellet och upplevelsen var som sagt toppen!
