Our stay was filled with misleading information and serious safety concerns. The listing showed a breakfast bar, but there was no breakfast available—something we only learned after pressing staff. We also booked this villa for the “scheduled airport shuttle,” only to find out there was no schedule and the cost was higher than a local taxi.
The room itself had major issues. The bathroom door didn’t close, the shower smelled moldy, and bugs were everywhere. Housekeeping didn’t come until 4:30pm the next day. Despite these problems, we tried to push through.
The final night was the worst. We saw birds entering a vent near our room in the afternoon. Later that night, after dealing with bugs, I saw a bird inside the room. We tried calling the front office multiple times, but no one picked up. With no emergency contact info, we had no choice but to book a room next door at a different hotel.
When we checked out and explained everything, the man we spoke to was rude and dismissive, blaming us for not calling—even after we showed our call logs. He claimed we should have used a WhatsApp number we were never given. They then refused to give us a refund (not even a partial refund). No one should have to sacrifice safety, cleanliness, or basic respect—do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
