Late check-in was great thanks to a really helpful person (1.8.2026). He made sure from start to finish that we could get in and get the car to the guarded parking lot. In the morning he was happy to open the reception so we could continue our journey smoothly. More people like this in customer service. Breakfast was also excellent.

Great choice

Perfect hotel if passing through or staying in Karvina

Property was just perfect!! The only observation I will like to point out is that we were a family of 4 members and at the time we took shower in the morning there was not enough hot water for the last member, so it has to take shower with cold water. This things can happen everywhere so was not a big deal for us. We will come back there surely. Thank you for wonderful experience.

Very nice but pretty thin walls

8/10 Very good
