Really professional and excellent customer service during our stay. The view outside of our window was breathtaking. Nice and clean facility, quiet and have a good sense of taste. The entire team at Azur are to be recommended, my sister and I had never experienced such a luxurious 5 star stay before, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, we couldn’t fault them. The photos on this page doesn't do justice how absolutely gorgeous the villas and the view of the mountains are! We stayed at the Azur Lodge for our honeymoon! The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the deep soaking indoor hot tub with the mountain view. We also loved the staff's genuine hospitality, and our attendants were the nicest people ever. They gave us a bottle od bubbles as a gift for our trip.Thank you so much for this unforgettable stay! Our only regret was staying for just one night!

Azur exceeded all out expectations, which were very high considering the price. But their service exceeds world class luxury hotels, the unit is amazing with so many thoughtful touches to truly pamper you in luxury. Location is beautiful with amazing views, and it's truly relaxing. We really didn't want to leave and definitely want to return. It is well worth the price. Their breakfast, afternoon tea & canapé are delicious, everyone on staff are extremely friendly and responsive, and their car service to town makes it possible for you to not have to have a car during your stay. I've stayed in many very nice hotels around the world and I have to rank Azur at the top in terms of how they pamper you & surround you with luxury. The massage therapists from mobile massage - Indulge - are some of the best we've experienced. We had two Japanese masseuses for a couples massage and they were fantastic. The staff at the hotel are mostly from other countries and it was fun to talk to them. They're all very kind and well trained. I highly recommend Azur.
