Best hotel we have stayed at in Bali. The staff are attentive and so lovely. All staff were kind and friendly and great with kids. We wish we could stay longer. Only comments would be there is no playground as mentioned, and the non-alcoholic mocktails are similar and sugary. Non-alcoholic versions of classic cocktails would be nice as an option. But otherwise cannot fault the restaurants and accomodation.

This property is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and luxurious places I have stayed in. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The grounds are like the garden of Eden. We ate most of our meals on site and the food was very tasty and there was nightly entertainment. The facility is located on Jimbaran Bay, so each evening there is a beautiful sunset. We stayed here twice for three nights, ten days apart. The first stay it was windy and you couldn’t use the beach because of the trash washing up on shore despite a crew cleaning up. The second stay there was minimal wind and the bay and beach were pristine.
