We booked two connecting rooms and received written confirmation from the hotel beforehand. However, when we arrived, we were told there were no connecting rooms available. Instead, we were given two separate rooms on the same floor — one suite (as ordered) and one club room, which was not what we had paid for.
The hotel offered free breakfast as compensation, but unfortunately, it didn’t make up for the inconvenience. Having to split up the family between two rooms really disrupted our vacation — we couldn’t all be together as planned, and it made things very difficult, especially with the kids.
Additionally, basic amenities were lacking. Our room had no soap. When we asked for it to be refilled, we were told the housekeeping staff had already left for the day and that someone would bring it after 10:00 PM. No one ever did.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing. We chose this hotel expecting a certain standard and level of service, but unfortunately, it fell far short.
