The location of this hotel is incredible. The views of the Tower bridge breathtaking. The food, the drinks, everything’s walkable — I can’t say enough about it. But, the rooms were a bit outdated. I do know that they were in the middle of a remodel so I have a feeling some of the outdated things are being addressed. All in all, I would stay here again. Very nice.

Stayed here many times now and it never fails to impress me. We had a lovely room on the first floor with a Thames and Tower Bridge view. Breakfast was excellent as normal. First time we had used the self check in which is very efficient but I have to say I much prefer the interaction we always had previously with the check in staff. Happy guests and we will return x
