The staff at The Carson City Plaza was great as always! There was a glitch in my Hotels.com reservation which they promptly corrected. What would have been disastrous, ending my trip day's early because of a glitch in the reservation app , was avoided. Thank you Shari and Rachael! You saved my 5th wedding anniversary trip!

Overall comfy place to sleep!

Checking in was fine, my room didn't have a t.v remote, the handy man wasn't there so I asked front desk to move me to a room with a remote then, they offered to move me for a charge, I said no just a remote then, finally was moved to a room with a remote and no charge. The breakfast was carbs and sugars, hard boiled eggs was a plus though. Coffee was ok. Parking was nice. Bed and a/c and t.v worked so overall a comfy stay. I would stay again.
