"Excellent 2-night stay. The hotel was clean and bright, the breakfast was hot and well-stocked, and the staff friendly and helpful. Great location for accessing the station, Historic Dockyard, Gunwharf Quays, and the ferries."

"Good selection buffet breakfast. Great access to New Forest open country right from the hotel."

"Lovely hotel - staff were so nice and helpful. Can not fault this hotel. Lovely big rooms! The Lady behind the bar dealt with a very difficult customer perfectly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff is very friendly and helpful."

"The place is nice and value for money, but they have to step up on their cleaning standard"

"We just stayed overnight but was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed. It was close to our terminal for embarking for our cruise."

"The room was spacious and clean although there was a noticeable chip out of the wardrobe beading. The HarBar6th could have been cleaner a lot of crumbs trapped between the tile top and glass. Lunch in the Jetty restaurant was good, but the table was not cleared at the completion of dessert course and no tea or coffee offered. Somewhat disappointing for a 5 star hotel."

"Location very convenient to get a cruise. Close to the cruise port, close to the mall and restaurants."
