The whole resort was spotless. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Happened to witness a lifeguard in action and I was blown away by his speedy reaction. All food in the restaurants and pastries in the bars were of high quality and very fresh. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Sataya was one of the best places we have experienced in Egypt.
The only negatives were:
Wheels on bed didn't lock
Sales people had to be told multiple times daily,"when we want you we will find you, until then no thank you!"

Everything was amazing, the facilities, the reef, the pools, and staff, everything, just the beach itself was not that friendly as it's rocky nonetheless, the management have a solution for guests who want to enjoy the beach but not in the reed snorkeling area, and the green areas were remarkable and the food quality is top, sure it won't be the last time to go there.

Absolutely spectacular place to stay. They have several places to eat on site. Most of the stuff you get is part of the all inclusive atmosphere. Comfortable beds, and amazing service. Multiple pools and a beach as well.

Everything was just perfect. The food quality and taste were really good. The hygiene was very obvious. The hospitality was amazing specially the reservation team and a special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Nagy for his professional attitude and kindness. Quiet resort. You will be pretty much isolated there.

The hotel grounds, rooms and pools are amazing, the food is lovely and plenty of choices..We all enjoyed the aqua park and the lazy river a lot..
The downside to this hotel is the sea, it has to be the worst i have been to in all of marsa alam and i have stayed in about 12 different hotels in Marsa, The only way to swim is off the Jetty and the coral you get to go snorkelling around is only small..
I also found that the staff were not the friendliest and the service wasnt really good.. we didnt get offered drinks while we watched other guests being served, we did bring this issue up and it was resolved however all in all the staff could do with some customer service training...😊

My initial disappointment re room was taken care by Hani the duty manager and made the rest of my stay very pleasant.
The hotel and facilities was very good but away from Marsa Alam or Port Ghalib…It would be a good if the hotel provided a shuttle service once a day for guests, even for a small fee.
Using the taxi service was a bit pricey .

The worst hotel we have ever been to.. arrogant staff, old rooms, poor cleaning, ugly beach, food that gave us health problems.. never again.

The staff was super friendly and quick. Poole and facilities were efficient and always ready. The food was above average, same like every all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. I recommend it for a quiet stay although there was a kids aqua park too but we haven’t tried it. Regarding the weather I guess Marsa Alam is best in October and November. They said they have one heated pool of the three.
Room service wasn’t impressive. Make sure they attend to your needs.

Nice hotel, with good facilities - nice house reef. Would recommend to friends and family. Could have better restaurants + stay away from the doctor, he will do whatever it takes to charge A LOT - "Your insurance will pay" must be his favorite quote.!! Make sure you bring your own stomach medicine so you dont need him.!!

Great beautiful experience!
The hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Althought the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded or busy. Service was AMAZING!!! 24/7, golf carts available to move all the time. And my pictures are from the sea right infront of the hotel, not the beach but the dock further water, very pretty full of jelly fishes you can swim with with no harm at all, amazing experience. Although if you go further north the beach is better, the location is perfect so makes sense. We had a private pool with warm water very nice to enjoy private time. The FOOD; is not the best, a good variety and several restaurants but the quality is not the best but ok compared to the all inclusive price, just enough.
Definitely recomended!!

Con: Bed, I'm not sure if they have had a big problem with their guests body fluids but my bed had a plastic sheet underneath, which made the bed a little uncomfortable. As a woman I wasn't always treated the same as men by some staff.

Bad Experience, Very disappointing resort.
The resort looks good on the outside, but our stay and experience was not good, room was not well maintained, no room service is available, front desk staff seem to be always frowning and give brusque responses to any questions, they refused to even provide a second key to the room or more than two towels to a room ( we were 3 PPL in a room) . They don't seem to be aware how to run a resort of this size, they were short on every possible resource from towels to tables during dinner when we had to wait for half an hour to get a table.
