Hotel was awesome. Pool area was wonderful. Staff was exceptional. Was steps away from the Hard Rock Live venue which made it super convenient to get to our concert. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are really nice and spacious. The hotel does smell like cigarette on the casino, so that’s something to think about if planning to go there. I was going for a concert there so.

Room was clean. Bed was not very comfortable and pillows way too soft. Girl at check in was supposed to call and text when room was ready. Never did!

10/10 Exceptional

The property was clean and well kept. The pools were great. There were only a few video poker machines in the casino, so that was disappointing. Self parking was convenient and no parking fees. The room was nice, but described in Expedia as having 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but there was no sofa nor sofa bed there. We did enjoy the buffet.

This place is great! Each staff member I interacted with was cheerful and polite. The only con is I wished there was a microwave in the room or on the floor. So many meals we had always had leftovers and we had no way to reheat them. The rooms were clean and neat. The resort itself was very clean, we loved the pools! We cannot wait to go back again!
