This hotel is beautiful on the inside. Large and comfortable rooms with amazingly comfy beds that are reclining. Huge clean bathroom, tons of electric outlets in the room. The lobby and restaurant is also very stylish with plenty of space, yet gives a cozy atmosphere with lighting and a fireplace. The food at dinner was great, and there was a huge selection at breakfast. Something for everyone! They even have a games room for kids to play foozeball or Ping pong. We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but we will be back next year!

A smile and some kindness pays off

This is the kind of hotel where i’m willing to drive an extra 75 km in order to come back. Especially because of the personal at the reception. The hotel was under construction but that does not mean anything if you are welcomed with a genuine smile and so much friendly faces. Employee offered me a cup of coffee during check in, showed interest in the guests and showed maximum flexibility. 10-10. With every future visit to the Dala region I’m coming back here. Please share my complements with the front office staff, they are gold for your hotel.

Hotellet var bra, rent och trevlig personal i receptionen. Men i restaurangen var personalen stressade och och ofokuserade. Troligen aningen underbemannade.

Jättebra hotell för familjen. Tyvärr jättevarmt när vi var där, både ute (nästa 30) och på rummen. AC verkade inte finnas och fönstret gick bara att öppna en smal springa. Kommer gärna tillbaka när det inte är fullt så varmt väder. Servicen i resturang var lite si och så, men maten och frukosten var god.

Skuffende morgenbuffet, men ellers en god overnatn

Pænt ny renoveret, smilende sødt personale i receptionen, behagelige senge og rart med aircondition. Der var stille og roligt om natten, også et plus. Vi havde glædet os til morgenbuffetten, med røræg og bacon, men der blev vi skuffede.. Kalkunbacon og æggene havde slet ikke fået nok, der var mere væske end end æg. Når man vælger den nemme løsning med pulveræg i ovn, så skal man godt nok huske at give dem længe nok og røre i dem - da jeg nævnte det for personalet, var svaret 'bare', at sådan var deres æg - tyndt svar og matchende æg!

Boendet var i stort sett bra. Bra sängar men litet rum. Plus för gratis parkering och bra läge. Minus för frukosten, kaos med mycket folk samtidigt och mycket som tog slut. Gällde även maten på restaurangen på kvällen.
