Room smelled musty and was hot on arrival. Drove 18 hours just to get to a hot room and ac off. Tub was broken, no stopper for taking a bath. Tub enclosure rusty and funky! Very low shower water pressure!

To be fair to Clarion they are in the process of changing ownership I guess. The front desk told us there are complete remodels starting. There was some shortages of supplies for the room that was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal . The staff were all very helpful and very friendly.

Troubles at check in, I booked and prepaid for two rooms but the first person only gave us one room and had a long discussion with me ragarding this even though I could provide receipt and booking confirmation. After a while a manager came and easily solved the problem and found my booking. Clean and spacious rooms! Really bad breakfast and the service staff at breakfast was not service minded or friendly at all.

This is an older 1980’s set up. Very low cost remodel. The beds are terrible as well as the 4 pillows. My back is killing me while I write this at 3 am because I can not sleep. The water is hot in the shower and I have not seen any bugs. The reviews on hotels.com AI generated synopsis are way off the mark.
