"Booked this hotel for a car event and chose this one for the fact it had a pool. When we arrived we noticed there was a pool but there was no water in the pool. When we got to our room I tried to put the tv on after a 7 hour drive and the TV wouldn’t work. I tried everything I could to restart the cable box with no luck. I went to call the front desk and noticed the phone in the room also didn’t work. I called down on my personal phone to ask for some help with the tv they said they would get back to me and never heard anything. The next day we asked for a new cable box or for someone to come look at it, they looked at it said they would be back to fix the issue and never came back. The next morning the shower was cold and the shower door was broken. I’m not one to complain but for the price it was frustrating. It was decently clean and provided a roof over our head for a few days."
