Amazing hidden Gem

Great location if your are attending a concert at the OLG Stage, its walking distance away...and the restaurant in the hotel is a hidden gem...we ate there twice it was so good!

6/10 Good

Have always enjoyed staying at this hotel but this last trip was very disappointing. New ownership should boost the hotel and not urn it down.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

Saturday night stay for OLG.

Good location. Was aware of the $35 parking fee. Not of the $18 facility fee. Room was lacking towel bars, microwave, had a burnt bulb in bathroom. Dirty wall beside toilet. Thought it would be nicer. It was Ok. 3pm check in would of been more convenient
Shawn, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a hotel.

Great place to stay

2/10 Poor

Superior added fees

Lots of hidden fees not posted. Looks nice in pictures but the ‘courtyard view’ is the back of buildings and the carpet smelled of dog pee.

2/10 Poor

Solid bed linens at Old Stone Inn Niagara

Hotel staff were horrible. Phone didn’t work in the room so used my cell to tell them about filthy soiled linens on both beds. To make it worse housekeeping when called said sheets like that would never be used. Accusatory towards me and her second day on the job!!!! Contacting Niagara Health Monday
Suzanne, 1-night trip

I want to like this place more, a few small things

I've stayed before but my room didn't have fridge or desk space. Also, if I don't have a pet, it would be good to put us in non-pet-friendly rooms to reduce ambient barking. The restaurant was great, it's def worth a visit.
Charles, 2-night trip

Good stay in The Falls

Good stay in Niagara Falls. Friendly and helpful staff, close to the falls, cute hotel and beautifully decorated lobby and restaurant.
Eve-Lynn, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Decor and intimate feeling.
Gretchen, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

It’s a fancy motel, not a boutique

One of the worst check in experiences ever. Handed an iPad and asked to put all my information into their system on my own. It was clunky, time consuming, and irritating. Overall, hotel looks worn out. Smells of mold and there was a crack in my bathroom sink. Wasn’t impressed. This isn’t a “boutique” hotel, this is a spruced up “motel”. Won’t be back.
Mark, 1-night trip

Very charming, great Xmas decorations. The best staff and service!

Loved it

Loved the hotel beautifully decorated, service at front desk was great. Loved the outside gains and igloos
Stephen, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay was very nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A great area and close to everything we wanted to see.
Andrea, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean, beautiful and quite properly very close to all of the local attractions. Holiday theming in the lobby and bar areas are a highlight every year. Minimal vegetarian options in the hotel restaurant, as such, chose to dine elsewhere.
Shaun, 1-night trip

Very close to everything. Stay there every time when in Niagara
