This hotel is horrible. The toilet in our room did not flush properly and the wifi went up and down all the time. The pictures they have on the site and here are not at all reprentable for this hotel and price point. Avoid if you can. Look for other options. This is not representable of the Radisson brand which i have used extensively.

Ótima localização , o que valeu a pena realmente foi a localização ! O quarto é ótimo, o banheiro deixa a desejar pq tava vaso entupido , o chuveiro sai água com pouca pressão e o secador é ruim! Todos os dias foram limpar e mesmo assim deixaram o vaso entupido, ou seja, provável não tenham nem limpado ! No mais foi ótimo atendimento , recepção etc.

O hotel deixou muito a desejar por ser um hotel 5 estrelas. A localização é o único diferencial, pois os funcionários não são nem um pouco simpáticos (com exceção do Welington que atende no café da manhã que é muito atencioso), inclusive um pouco ríspidos. O quarto possui um padrão 3 estrelas, no máximo. Em um dos dias não limparam o quarto e quando questionei para a recepção me disseram que não sabiam o motivo, mas que iriam repassar no dia seguinte para o setor responsável. No checkin questionei a possibilidade de pegar um quarto reformado, ao que me foi dito de maneira pouco cordial de que o quarto luxo que peguei não era reformado.
