Bring your own Housekeeping supplies!

Like everyone else said on the other reviews DO NOT stay if you want things to be clean! The linen, bathroom counter top, and lids of the toilet were the only clean things. The rest was completely disgusting! We went out and bought our own cleaning wipes to wipe down the shower and light switches as there were splatters of dirt around the entire bathroom; on the walls, behind the door, etc. For the price of the room it was ridiculous! And since we had to clean it we should have been the ones getting paid! DO NOT stay here!! However, the front desk gal was awesome and tried her best and was very understanding as to why we were cutting our stay short!

Caution! This hotel has zero cleaning standards.

This hotel is beyond old and rundown, its surface level to every nook and cranny filthy. Decades of dirt, grime, grease is over every surface of everything, from the door handle you pull to enter to the light switch to the bathtub. Had we arrived earlier instead of 11:30p.m. We would have never stayed here. We’d have drove to Casper for a room if necessary to avoid this experience. We hauled our own blankets in to sleep on and never removed socks. Don’t get me started on the “continental” breakfast with eggs on the counters (cooked and raw), no food safety protocols in place. It was alarming and we will never ever go back. Salt in the wounds was how the only staff member absolutely didn’t care about our concern and would only refund the 2nd night which we obviously didn’t stay for.

This hotel needs a face lift. Thecrooms are extremely outdated and have marred walls and electrical wiring flaws. The front desk gentlemen and the bartender were very friendly and extremely polite.

Property in general needs so much work! It is too bad cause a wonderful hotel but needs a complete remodel. Don't be fooled there is not complimentary breakfast unless you want old bread and cold scrambled eggs

Pool area redone nicely but is located out in the open in the lobby. Breakfast had been hit hard by staying workers early, and didn't have more to put out for other guests

2/10 Poor

Awful condition

The hotel is in terrible condition. Almost scary…. Smelled bad, carpet ripped up, dirty, paint coming off the walls.
Kelsy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Comfortable room.
Sandra, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The conference Center and our room was clean. The stairs leading to the rooms on the second floor were carpeted and very dirty and need vacuuming. Older hotel needed updating but clean. The lunch dinner menu was a treat- lots of Indian food choices.
Diane, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly, they are updating it.

Hospitality of staff was exceptional. An old facility that needs some updating but very clean.
michael, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Not cheap and cheerful.

Overpriced is the main issue. The outside and general area condition is nearly completely uncared for, which is of course a reflection of the quality of the accommodations. The price is at least 50% over the quality of the condition. Beds, HVAC, filthy shower curtains, stained towels, etc, all bottom level quality for $150/night. And it’s too bad because the pool and restaurant bar is good and the owners are great i am sure. It’s a clear lack the kind of American pride that makes things last, keeps humans safe and sane, and care for concern.
Sam, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Outdated but decent enough to rest for a night.
