Our stay sarted out bad right from the start, rooms were not ready. And check in is 3pm and we got there at 3:30 . Floors were still wet in one room and cieling was falling down in the other room ,so they gave us a different room and still had to wait to be cleaned. The remote was not to be found. For the tv. Hall way were not very clean and entrances.

A hotel to skip over

This hotel has great proximity to MetLife Stadium, American Dream and Medieval Times. The hotel is alongside the highway so traffic sounds around the clock. The room was in poor condition including a broken wall of the tub, mold and hair. Hair dryer was ripped from the wall. Stained bed skirt. Rusty microwave and fridge. “Breakfast” was only coffee and small (2oz) prepackaged muffins. No gym or pool.

It was a birthday getaway for my toddler and when I requested a crib, they didn’t even have one. They should have put that on their website. The lighting was very dark. Cleanliness was horrible and they didn’t even have a coffee maker.

Meh…. Our room was outdated. There were holes in the walls, doors peeling apart, writing on the dresser. Bathroom was small. There was a dead bug on the bed. People were inconsiderate. Overall not a great experience - would not go back again.

I booked my stay through this site and it was falsely advertised saying that the hotel is a walk away from the Dream Mall when the hotel is isolated with no ammenities nearby. It cost me lots of money for travel.

They were not the least bit concerned aabout our concerns. They are also refusing refund after the front desk person allegedly began to process it.
