Arrived by train, this hotel was connected to the station by a shopping centre. Very central location minutes form the opera house and Munch museum. All staff spoke English and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. Room was small but adequate.

Nice beds. Very clean. decent breakfast, although the eggs were less than warm. Close to Oslo S, shopping and all public transport. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful, in particular Gerald and Birendra. Very affordable. This is the only place I will stay if I’m staying in downtown Oslo.

Toilet was dirty to an extent it seemed it didn’t see a proper clean in months, it was similar to a very dirty public toilet. Shower cubicle drain was clogged so water would build it. In order to prevent water from building up, we had to have the water opened very little, making it extremely difficult to have a decent shower.

Vi måtte vente i 35 minutter før hotellrommet vårt var klart og vi kunne sjekke inn. Det var lange køer og ventetid i resepsjonen. Det manglet sengetøy og fjernkontroll på rommet. Fjernkontroll til tv fikk vi ikke. Det tok veldig lang tid å få sengetøy, det fikk vi ikke før etter barnets leggetid. Frokost var kaos. Veldig trangt og nesten ikke sitteplasser. Folk dyttet og ingenting gikk av seg selv. Anbefales ikke, særlig ikke for familie.
