we absolutely loved this property and the entire staff! It’s small and family owned and super clean. Best of all it is located on one of the best beaches in the world and walkable to many restaurants and beach clubs. We will definitely return for another stay! We loved our stay at La Playa! From the moment we arrived the staff was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The property itself and the rooms were extremely clean and well kept. The small villa style apartments gave the place a really cool and quaint feel. The beach bar and beach area were also incredible. Tristan at the beach was also very helpful with chairs and service throughout the day. There was some sargassum during our stay but the staff cleaned the beach each morning and kept everything as nice as they possibly could have. 10/10 recommend staying here- we already can’t wait to go back!

La Playa is a beautiful beach front resort on the French side of St Maarten. Our second time here and love it. The resort is great , Elena, GP, Alexandra and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is included and lots of options to choose from. Highly recommend for a relaxing get away on a beautiful beach and Island.

This is a a great hotel - very clean, beautiful beach views and right in the middle of Orient Village. Excellent restaurant and just steps away from your room. And the staff is amazing. They are so kind and helpful. One day we needed a cab for a short ride and a hotel staffer said “it willl take ten minutes for a cab to get here. I will drive you myself.” I can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff.

Fantastic location on Orient Beach. The room i selected for my daughter and I was nothing luxurious but clean, welcoming, and convenient. And use the car service they suggest. Best deal and great group of people. Verry acomidating, even let me request a lady driver when my daughter went hanging out, on her own.
