Beds were uncomfortable. When we walked in it was pitch black. The heater did not work at all. There was a red streak on the 2nd bed. What looks to be food on the ceiling. And clumps of hair in the bed…. At least it was a place to lay our heads

This is a great place to stay at and is definitely our place to stay at when visiting Seattle. The front desk staff is ver nice and welcoming and takes care of your needs. It’s safe and quiet and has many dining options and has free parking. Will be back again for sure :)

I think there is someone with Parkinson's disease in the room above my room. He was walking back and forth in the room the whole night. The customer service don’t supposed to put me below this room since they know the situation. I was their regular customer but this is sad.
