Service and food at Morgan’s piers was excellent and by far the highlight of the resort. The staff there went above and beyond our expectations in accommodating our requests. Staff at market cafe need more training on hospitality and the service was extremely slow at lunch when there were only 10 tables of guests. Overall nice clean property with great beach!

If you are used to the Secret’s brand you will be disappointed. Every other Secret’s location I have stayed at exudes luxury. This location does not. It is a refurbished old property that does not give luxury or the Secrets experience. I’m always happy to pay the price to stay at a Secrets property but this place is a no go.

Great equipment and workouts offered by expert team members. I enjoyed my 80 min relaxing massage. The beach and pools are pristine and a beautiful oasis. Our room was beautiful with the view of the beach. Super comfortable king size bed. Downside- room service was delayed and fire system went off in the night although there was no emergency. Overall spectacular vacation time.

The staff is wonderful, fun, kind, and go above and beyond to make it the best stay possible. The pools are gorgeous and full of fun activities. The beach is beautiful with a ton of seating options. We loved every restaurant and had so much fun trying all the different foods! Fun drinks including a speciality drink of each day. They even have a cafe on site where they make fresh coffees/lattes. Music throughout the day to dance to. It is a stunning and romantic resort. I’ll be dreaming about reuniting with the breakfast buffet hashbrowns until we are back lolol.

We booked this resort because we had previously stayed at other Secret Resorts and greatly enjoyed those experiences. However, this resort missed the mark. The rooms are not luxurious at all. We stayed in a swim out suite and the room was small and simple. It’s just not what you would expect with the Secrets name. It doesn’t seem like they’ve done much renovation to the previous property, just changed the name. This cost is not adequate to the experience. I will say, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were nothing special. I would not choose this resort again.

St Lucia is paradise so difficult to complain while there but Secrets is not ready for prime time they’re still in the Pilot testing phase

The Hamitsu restaurant was great! Deon was awesome! Service was NOT GOOD! The service at the other restaurants wasn't good. The servers were very slow. It took too long for the food to come out and for someone to come and take our food order. The front desk workers were unfriendly and did not provide timely luggage pick up as mentioned. The taxi fees were too high.
