6/10 Good

Not a good stay

Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy

Ac was great, they have a minor roach and prostitution issue, couldn’t sleep without hearing them “working” or waiting outside for people every night.

USA Inn next to the Knoxville, TN airport was the worst place I've ever stayed. I literally said to my wife when we walked in, "this is the worst place I've ever stayed." I'm pushing 50 and I can't remember ever reviewing a hotel/motel before, that's how bad it was. Everything was dirty but the sheets, so that was nice. Normal things like bedside lamps were missing, while other normal things like the towel racks and place to hang your clothing were rusty or about to fall off the wall. But the reason we left at 1am our first night was the cockroaches. Yes, plural.

Front desk lady was incredibly rude. Hotel is in sketchy area and actual rooms are dirty with broken/stained furniture. 1/5

8/10 Very good

It needs a refurbishment in all areas

This hotel is horrible. It's like 3 or 4 hotels in one and just flat out awful. Not worth even considering. Dirty, sketchy, nasty.

2/10 Poor

Dirty, nasty, bloody towels, crappy attitude from staff. POS place

We walked into our room and it felt like we were walking into a wall of smoke. After two days of staying there, our clothes smelled like smoke when we got home. Also, we needed to HUNT for some toilet paper.

The toilet was dirty. One of the two curtains was missing. One curtain would it cover the whole window. I have pictures of you would like to see them

It’s cheap for what it is. The lady who works front desk overnight was extremely rude to my fiancé on multiple occasions. Outlets in room didn’t work at all as they wouldn’t even hold our plugs in.

4/10 Fair

The customer service was bad at the beginning whe we check out was much better. The lining bed was dirty, one of the blanket was full of dog hair and one of the fitting sheet has spots of blood, very disgusting.

Shower had hair in it. Chair looked like it was picked up off the street. Fuild on walls, dont even want to know it was. I walked in to room and walked out 10 minutes later. No way i was staying there. TOTALLY DISGUSTING

Hotel Office didn't have our reservation so had to contact Expedia, pubic hair in the bed, absolutely no hot water between 7pm and 11pm. Massive hole in the shower wall

Absolutely terrible. You be the judge: No lamps anywhere No chairs No hangars or closet No kleenex No plugs in the sink No lotion No ice/buckets Broken toilet seat Broken toilet tank lid Broken toilet paper holder No light in main room, NONE! No electrical outlets on back wall or either side walls. Bathroom outlet is broken This place probably should be condemned. Seriously.

Decent bed, tile floor, good water pressure, temperature good, easy check-in. Very basic motel property and rooms. Not accessible from anywhere on foot. The area has no sidewalks. Cannot cross the street (busy highway) nor get very far on the side you're on (not designed for walking, no sidewalks, ditches and other natural obstacles). In the room: insects, peeling ceiling paint, holes in bathtub tile, black spots on caulking. No airport shuttle.

There were cockroaches running around inside the room. Since we arrived late, we didn't have the energy to try to get a refund. Typically when cockroaches are present, they are everywhere. We just put the key card on the table, shut the door, and left to find another hotel.

Stay anywhere else if possible!!

I booked this room for concert stay. When I first arrived and saw it was an “extended stay”, I could visually tell this was going to be an experience. First thing, the desk clerk informed me he wasn’t sure if my room had been cleaned or not, even though it was after my check-in time. He didn’t seem very pleased when I asked him if he could find out. After about 10 minutes he returned and we stumbled through a very odd check-in. There was a couple in the lobby that there seemed to be a disagreement with, and it turned out to be one of the housekeepers. I get to my room and I am instantly not impressed. But I am retired military, so I have had worse accommodations. I was already running late, so I just showered and headed out to my event. Afterwards I get back and decide to kick back before I got ready for bed. That is where the biggest problem arose. The sheets were disgusting, they were stained, smelled, had body hair all over them, and the comforter was ripped and just as dirty. That was when I made the decision to go ahead and check out. I would rather drive 3 1/2 hours home in the middle of the night, than sleep in that bed. Along with everything else, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite a while. The ceiling was moldy and falling in one spot from what appeared to be a leak. The furniture looks like it came from an 80’s garage sale. All in all, I would not recommend staying here unless you are completely desperate.

At 430 room was not cleaned and smelled. Then we had to ask for towels and washcloths. No soap in room

Very disappointed by this property. I killed 2 cockroaches as soon as I entered the bathroom. 1st night neighbors were having a domestic dispute. K-9 police unit observed during both nights. We departed at 11pm as 2nd night did not look any better. Will not and would not recommend this property until major changes are initiated.
