Highly recommended. Best Location, spacious room, friendly staff and good food. We didnt expect that aside from breakfast, fika and dinner are included. Good selection of food and tastes good. We enjoyed our stay and are definitely booking again when we visit helsingborg.

4 star hotel with 5 star staff

Very stylish hotel that has managed to keep much if it's original flair and periodic features without aggressive renovations (like some neighbouring hotels has done) But - even though the hotel itself is fabulous, the greatest asset was the very professional and extremely friendly staff. André, who checked us in, made us feel welcome, from the moment we walked through the doors, and the same goes for the upbeat night porter and the friendly morning staff. The hotel must have a talented HR department, that hires staff. The extensive and creative breakfast was also of highest standard. We look forward to coming back.

Bad overall…

Clarion Grand Hotel Helsingborg- Don’t be fooled by the fancy name. Although paying 100 euro for one night (including breakfast) the experience was not grand at all. I booked a double bedroom and got a single. Also, the bathroom was lacking hygiene and had a funky smell. And the breakfast… well. Bake-off bread, store-bought pre-made pancakes and dried up cheese. Oh, and I quickly identified the duvet as the cheapest one can buy at Jysk. Unfortunately I had greater expectations based on name, price, reputation and past reviews. How would you rate this experience?

Två vuxna och en tonåring

Riktigt trevlig personal, personlig och positiv. Smidig incheckning. Vi fick info om att det fanns frukost, fika och kvällsmat, men det var inte tydligt att mat på kvällen ingick i priset, så det missade vi och åt på annan restaurang. Det var lite synd. Frukosten var riktigt trevlig. Positivt med många glutenfria alternativ. Rummet vi hade var för tre, där en låg i bäddsoffa. Kuddar och täcken var riktigt najs, men bäddsoffan obekväm i sig. Vid läggdags hördes hissens plingande högt i rummet och en bamsestor fläkt utanför vårt fönster satte igång och brummade ett tag. Det drog ner betyget.

Dejligt hotel

Alt på hotellet var til meget fint, grunden til at jeg ikke giver 5 stjerner ligger i den larm som kom ude fra gaden. Mange højlydende biler og unge mænd som holdt til i grupper. Det gjorde det vanskeligt at falde i søvn.
