We’ve stayed here before and it’s always been excellent. No, it isn’t like other Hilton’s, yes, it is a little dated. The bathrooms appear to have been modernised while the bedrooms haven’t. It isn’t central London but you can easily get a bus or tube to where you need to go with buses right outside the hotel. The Japanese restaurant across the road is incredible and there is a Costa attached to the hotel which guests receive a discount for. It’s clean, staff are lovely and it is reasonably priced. When we stayed for our wedding anniversary, staff decorated the room with rose petals and banners. It’s a genuinely nice hotel with genuinely wonderful staff.
