This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a newly renovated boutique hotel and the deluxe room with a balcony that we stayed in was spectacular. The service from all the staff was exceptional. I would return to Lisbon just to stay here again.

Valmor Palace is a real treasure. Easy to get from the airport by metro and easy to get to the center by metro or on foot. Hospitality and friendliness 10. Room spacious, bed pleasant and breakfast good. Close to a few good restaurants. A little port wine after a long city walk in the beautiful hall was a pleasure.

Hidden Gem

It was our first time in Lisbon, but the staff put us at ease from the very first moment we met them. They had arranged a seamless transfer from the airport, and then provided friendly help as to how to enjoy our stay. Their service was first rate! That is before speaking of our room, which was literally the height of splendour! We cannot speak highly enough of them!

My only point would have been with the shower/ would be good to have a place to have the shampoo and soap bottles instead of keeping them on the ground. The shower itself was a bit of work to understand, for those less resilient would be good to have a user guide (simple laminated card on the sink for example). Lovely place.
