It was a great experience other than a late check in and scams from sales people (avoid VIP services). They will give you a paper key to redeem coupons, but that is just the hook to lead you to a 3 hour presentation for unlimited vacations club, more like unlimited scammers club. We had to wait a couple of hours to go to our room, but everything after that was really wonderful and we are definitely coming back.

This place is a paradise for kids, offering a wide range of activities beyond water-related ones. As a parent, you can relax knowing there are plenty of options for your little ones. The food choices are also abundant, and you’ll have to work to explore all the different places. The staff is incredible and friendly, and I wish I could remember everyone’s name. However, I do recall Andres at the omelette station. His omelettes were magical, and he was incredibly friendly. Overall, if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing vacation for you and your kids, this place is the perfect destination.

The resort was always fun because of the daily activities yet also very calming at the same time. The gym was top notch. Took our first family vacation to celebrate our son’s 1st birthday. It was perfect! Resort was beautiful with a great layout, amazing service, good food and drinks, and very family friendly.
