Péssima experiência com o hotel

A experiência foi péssima. O check-in era a partir das 14h e quando cheguei no hotel às 14h20, cansado e depois de 12 horas de viagem, não localizavam a minha reserva, e quando conseguiram localizar, os atendentes pediram para fazer a limpeza do quarto errado e ainda tive que esperar para limparem o quarto certo. Acabaram liberando o quarto para eu entrar somente às 15h15. Ainda não deixaram toalha de rosto. Somente as toalhas de banho. Eu tive que pedir no dia seguinte toalha de rosto. Também na sexta-feira à noite ligava para a recepção e não atendiam. Tive que descer e ir na recepção.

Hotel sujo, sem segurança e desgastado

Hotel sem segurança. Depois das 0h não existe ninguém na recepção e não há nenhum segurança no local, sendo que a região tem muitos pedintes e moradores de rua. Cama com estrutura desgastada que fica torta e colchões sujos e velhos. Travesseiro sujo com cheiro de suor. Café da manhã ruim, com ingredientes de baixa qualidade. Corredores, recepção e fachada sujos, quarto com itens desgastados (espelho, batentes, portas, ar, TV, etc), paredes sujas de fezes, escrementos e mofo desgastando. Não há estrutura, funcionando acima da capacidade. Academia com aparelhos quebrados. FUJA :(
