great hotel

third time at this hotel and maybe I'm too spoiled but the bed was a little too firm for me (jst whining) they are updating the elevators and bar area, one thing I did not like is the staff knock twice and enter the room, what if I'm in shower is kind of hard to hear someone knocking or I could be napping I don't know maybe they need to change that policy of knocking twice and enter, plenty parking, other than that place is great excellent service and I'm still coming back to Victoria Ejecutivo.

Very nice room and hotel overall, staff was friendly and attentative, one of the reception guys was super helpful that evening after check out. Only downfall is that they have construction going on, it was impossible to stay in our room during the day/afternoon because of how loud it was, we had a baby with us.

Nice hotel

Really nice hotel. There was construction work taking place on the ground floor, the pool was accesible but noisy due to the construction. A good hotel but I really wanted to enjoy the last bit of Mexican sun before my flight home, which I was unable to do. Overall a really nice, comfortable hotel but maybe better to look elsewhere until the work is complete. However, if you don’t care about the pool your stay will be mostly unaffected.

Great hotel with some minor problems

The hotel staff was nice but a bit disorganized. Check-in was smooth but soon after when we went to the pool, there were no towels available. When we asked for 2 towels, they told us they would bring them to us shortly while we were in the pool. After 1.5 hours of swimming and asking for the towels a few more times they just kept saying the towels were still in the dryer and would be ready soon. This was 4pm on a Saturday. My partner ended up drying off as much as possible without a towel and running upstairs to get the towels from our room. It’s a great hotel with an awesome location but with some construction/upgrades going on around the property, you can tell they’re making a lot of changes which may interrupt the smoothness of your stay.
