Check in was fast … but the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes. When we checked in the cleaning lady was sitting in our room watching tv … the room walls were so thin we could hear the person next to us snoring and watching tv loudly and laughing at 1am. GROSS HOTEL!!!

Most disgusting lodging I've ever seen! Checked in, no elevator. Have to use the stairs! Bed was made up but sheets were not changed! 15 minutes later, I'm out! Than getting a refund from this place was very difficult because Hotels.com could not make contact with front desk. They hardly ever answer the phone. Front Desk staff super unprofessional! Can't believe this room is actually rentable!
