More expensive then the average all inclusive but was well worth the money.
All the staff were super helpful and accommodating from our concierge Luis to the poolside servers Zenon and Lionel. Beds were super comfortable with a large selection of pillows to choose from.
Our 5 year old daughter loved going to the kids club for crafts in the morning.

"We spent 6 days at the hotel in April 2025. 3 adults and 2 kids. The room was beautiful, the pools were in great shape. The food options were plenty. The staff was amazing. Always smiling and helpful. We would definitely recommend! The only feedback would be: 1) a small playground for kids maybe next to the carousel would be good 2) there were no diaper changing stations for babies in the restrooms in the lobby. "

Limited dining options on property (only 2 restaurants) and limited options off property where you need transportation which is costly when arranged from the hotel. Also, no actual front desk, have to text team for anything which works but can be annoying when you just want a quick key if you forget it in the room. "

It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good.
